FAIR USE · UPDATED JULY 23, 2026
Fair Use Policy
qyu depends on fair access to source material, stable public endpoints, and respectful use of shared compute.
Respect the product limits
Use qyu in a way that matches a normal research workflow. Do not turn the public site or API into a bulk data extraction system.
- No high-volume scraping, replaying, or parallel automation.
- No attempts to enumerate accounts, portfolios, watchlists, or private resources.
- No resale, redistribution, or republication of output as a guaranteed data feed.
- No use that evades source-provider terms, fair-access policies, or robots controls.
Respect evidence
When you quote or share qyu output, keep the context, source posture, and uncertainty labels with it. Do not remove caveats or present inferred relationships as confirmed facts.
Fair compute
qyu may rate-limit, throttle, restrict, or suspend traffic that degrades service quality, abuses public endpoints, or bypasses product gates.
